  • Individual coaching sessions (50-60 minutes) tailored to your specific needs as a people manager. What kinds of areas do you want to strengthen? Where do you see your team struggling? Do you need a partner to brainstorm novel team building ideas?

  • Learn the crucial and foundational best practices of being a people manager alongside your peers and colleagues. Afterwards, develop your personal skillset through individual coaching session(s).

    Will most likely include:

    • At least two virtual group sessions (i.e. webinar + workshop) with whole group

    • At least one 1:1 coaching session with each participant

    This service benefits all people managers who want to develop their management skills regardless of team size or tenure as a manager. It is best for people managers at similar levels in a large organization (~100+ staff) or all people managers at smaller organizations (~70 staff).

    Pricing for this service will vary depending on the specific details and time commitment anticipated for each client.

  • Sometimes we need somebody from the outside to tell us what is working and what is not. This package is for organizations that would benefit from having a third party come in to identify wins and problems, then collaborate on creating solutions.

    Will most likely include:

    • Initial virtual consultation with client to get a general idea of current state of team(s)

    • In-person observation of day-to-day operations of relevant staff and department (at least two business days)

    • 1:1 conversations with key players (virtual or in-person)

    • At least two virtual follow-up meetings with client to discuss what was identified and to come up with plan to collaborate on solutions

    • Optional:

      • Facilitated group session with key players to discuss solution collaboration

      • Group training package (see above)

    All of the above services are tailored to each organization’s specific needs. This service will most likely be project-based and time-bound for maximum clarity in scope of services.
