Christina Lee is the founder and principal of StellaFirma Strategies, and a nonprofit executive with more than twelve years of progressive leadership experience. She specializes in interim executive leadership and organizational consulting.

Before founding StellaFirma Strategies, Christina spent nine years at the ASPCA, ultimately serving as Director of Behavior, where she led a team of seven professionals, managed programs across two New York City facilities, authored more than thirty operational protocols, and testified as an expert witness in U.S. District Court. She presented at more than twenty local and national conferences and received the ASPCA Angel Award in 2020 in recognition of her contributions to the field.

Christina has since served as Deputy Director at Humanity in Practice, a social justice nonprofit, where she leads fundraising, board engagement, operations, and strategic planning. She also served as interim Foster Program Manager at Flatbush Cats, where she stabilized and scaled the foster program during a period of rapid organizational growth.

She holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queens College, Master of Arts in Biology from City College of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College. She serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of SCRAP Creative Reuse and is a member of the BIPOC in Animal Well-Being Collective.

Christina is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and works with nonprofits throughout the country.
